A simple Charlotte backyard birthday list — date, kid count, chairs and tables, delivery or free pickup, and the deposit — so party day is seating, not a scramble.
Seven things to lock in
1. Pick a date
Open the booking calendar and choose an open date. Green dates have plenty of leftover chairs. Amber High Demand days still have some left. A fully used date goes to a no-pay enquiry — we confirm before anyone pays.
2. Count the kids who will sit
Count children who need a seat at the same time. A typical backyard birthday is 6–12 little guests. Use the chair-count guide if you are unsure.
3. Choose chairs and tables
Each 4 ft table seats six. Most backyard parties book 1–2 tables. We have 30 white kid-sized chairs and 5 tables in the fleet.
4. Choose delivery or pickup
Delivery is $25 per trip within 15 miles of our south Charlotte pickup point near StoneCrest at Piper Glen, off Rea Road. Deliver-and-collect is two trips. Self-pickup and self-return are free. The full street address is sent by text and email right after you book and pay. We do not publish the street on this page.
5. Set pickup and return windows
The standard rental is 24 hours. If you need a longer window, the items page shows the extra as you move the return time. Pickup 5–7pm and return 5–7pm the next day stays inside the 24 hours. Leave time to set up before guests arrive.
6. Pay the deposit by card
Orders under $60 (including delivery) pay $30 or the order total, whichever is lower. Orders $60 and above pay 50%. The deposit is 100% non-refundable. Card only — no cash on the website.
7. Have a weather backup
These chairs and tables are for a backyard, clubhouse, or covered patio. If rain is likely, plan a dry place to set them. The deposit still stays if you cancel.
After you book
Confirmation comes by text and email. The full pickup street is sent by text and email right after you book and pay. Text (704) 741-1611 if you have a question. We are Mini Gather the kids rental – not a restaurant or grill.
