Mini Gather is a family-owned kids party rental in Charlotte, North Carolina. Today we rent 30 white kid-sized folding chairs and five 4 ft tables that drop to kid height. Each table seats six children. Book online in five steps. We deliver, or self-pickup in south Charlotte near StoneCrest / Piper Glen is free after the deposit.

This Mini Gather is a children's chair and table rental at minigather.co. We are not Gather Grills and not the Mini Gather Grill. If you want kid-sized party furniture in Charlotte, you are in the right place. If you want a grill or a restaurant, this is a different business.

The absolute minimum order is $20 on chairs and tables (before delivery). Delivery is extra.
Delivery is $25 for addresses within 15 miles. From 15–30 miles the fee is $25 plus $0.75 per mile over 15. Beyond 30 miles we send a custom quote. Deliver-and-collect is two trips.
Self-pickup is free. The full pickup address is sent by text and email right after you book and pay. Pickup is in the south Charlotte area near StoneCrest at Piper Glen, off Rea Road (28277) – we do not publish the street on this page.
Deposit: under $60 (including delivery), pay $30 or the order total, whichever is lower. $60 and up, pay 50%. The deposit is 100% non-refundable. Card only — no cash on the website.
What fits where
One 4 ft table holds six chairs — two on each long side and one on each end. Two tables placed end to end hold ten chairs. Two separate tables hold twelve. A typical backyard birthday is one or two tables. The full size guide has the diagrams.

We now rent full-size 6 ft tables for buffet, cake, and drinks. We do not currently rent full-size adult chairs, bouncy castles, party tents, tableware, or decorations. Those are on the coming-soon list. Tell us what you want next and we will keep you posted.

No. Mini Gather at minigather.co rents kid-sized party chairs and tables in Charlotte. We are not Gather Grills and not the Mini Gather Grill. We do not sell food or grills.
Chairs are $3.50 each, $3.35 each at 10 or more, and $3.20 each at 20 or more. Tables are $7.50 each, $7.25 at 10+, and $7.00 at 20+. Once you hit a tier, that lower rate applies to every chair or table. These are the same numbers checkout uses.
Yes. The absolute minimum order is $20 on chairs and tables before delivery. Any mix that reaches $20 is enough. Delivery is extra and is calculated from the party address.
Orders under $60 (including delivery) pay $30 or the order total, whichever is lower. Orders $60 and above pay 50%. The deposit is 100% non-refundable. No exceptions. You can cancel through the link in your confirmation email; the deposit still stays.

Charlotte plus Matthews, Pineville, Mint Hill, Fort Mill, Ballantyne, Stallings, and Belmont when the party address is within 30 miles of our south Charlotte pickup point. Each of those places already has its own rental page. We do not list random extra towns.
