1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you make a booking: your first and last name, email address, phone number, and event address. We also collect payment information, which is processed securely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process your rental booking, send you booking confirmations and reminders via SMS and email, process payments, and contact you about your rental. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. SMS Messaging
Mini Gather (Brink Ventures LLC) sends SMS text messages only to customers who give express written consent by ticking the dedicated, unchecked SMS checkbox on our checkout or enquiry form. That checkbox reads: “I agree to receive SMS messages from Mini Gather (Brink Ventures LLC)” followed by: “Transactional texts about your rental: booking confirmations, payment receipts, pickup/return reminders, and support replies. About 3–5 messages per booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of booking. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Privacy: minigather.co/privacy-policy Terms: minigather.co/terms” We do not infer consent from entering a phone number, from completing a booking, or from agreeing to our general terms — the checkbox is the only way to opt in, and it is never pre-ticked. Consent is not a condition of booking or of purchasing anything from us. Message types are transactional only: booking confirmations, payment receipts, pickup and return reminders, and two-way support replies. About 3–5 messages per booking; message frequency varies. 4. Data Storage
Your booking information is stored securely using Supabase. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
5. Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies necessary for the site to function. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
