Mini Gather — Brink Ventures LLC
1. About This Service
Mini Gather is a children's party chair and table rental service operated by Brink Ventures LLC in Charlotte, NC. By booking through minigather.co you agree to these terms.
2. Bookings and Deposits
All bookings require a deposit at the time of booking. Orders under $60 require a flat $30 deposit. Orders of $60 or above require a 50% deposit. All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Rental Period
The standard rental period is 24 hours. A 2-hour grace window is included. Extended rental is chosen on the items page at 50% of the original order rate, calculated hourly.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. The remaining balance is charged automatically when items are confirmed as handed over. Card payment only — no cash accepted.
5. Damage and Cleaning
You are responsible for all rented items from the time of pickup or delivery until return. Damage fees are $25 per chair and $65 per table, charged to your card within 48 hours of return if damage is identified. A $100 cleaning fee applies if items are returned with dried, sticky, or heavily soiled residue.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your booking at any time via the link in your confirmation email. Your deposit is non-refundable. No exceptions.
7. Delivery
Delivery is available within 30 miles of Charlotte NC. A flat fee of $25 applies for addresses within 15 miles. Between 15 and 30 miles the fee is $25 plus $0.75 per mile over 15 miles. Locations beyond 30 miles require manual approval and a custom quote. Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address.
8. SMS Communications
SMS messages from Mini Gather (Brink Ventures LLC) are sent only if you give express written consent by ticking the dedicated, unchecked SMS checkbox on our checkout or enquiry form. Providing your phone number does not opt you in, and neither does completing a booking or accepting these Terms. Consent is not a condition of booking. Messages are transactional only: booking confirmations, payment receipts, pickup and return reminders, and two-way support replies. About 3–5 messages per booking; message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, reply HELP for help, or email bookings@minigather.co. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy at minigather.co/privacy-policy for full details.
9. Liability
Mini Gather is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages to persons or property arising from the use of rented items. You assume all risk associated with the use of the equipment.
